research, military, space support, and health research and

Capital Planning, to applications and database management –
including enterprise tiered integration.

For SPAWAR GRSi supports the full systems engineering lifecycle
of more than 20 C4ISR systems and Information Warfare
technologies. Our subject matter experts and engineers provide
CONUS and OCONUS support to thousands of worldwide users, for
development, sustainment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and
next-gen evolutions of technologies
- For the Department of Navy, GRSi developed
Business Case Analysis methodologies to apply to the migration
of projects, involving more than 100,000 software applications
in accordance with commercial/government best practices. We
assisted in formulating a methodology to give the Navy the means
to better define, refine and comprehend its business process
taxonomies, and to map such processes to its infrastructure and
architecture. GRSi developed and helped implement IT investment
prioritization strategies in accordance with best practices,
including a cross-Functional standardized framework for
portfolio management, as well as for enterprise acquisition
oversight and integration complying with DoD and OMB policies.

GRSi
supports the Army’s Medical Communications for Combat Care (MC4)
program, which automates and links ten Army Medical Department
operation systems, enhances digital communications, and promotes
medical situational awareness to command and control. Through
seamless System Integration and use of COTS/GOTS technologies,
we have helped to build the bridge between healthcare providers,
medical diagnostic systems, and information command and control
(C2). Primary commercial applications supported include Oracle
Financials, PeopleSoft HRMS, Oracle Database, and MRO Maximo,
serving thousands of users worldwide.
